As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Axiom Security, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be the frontline of our sales efforts, tasked with generating new business opportunities to fuel our pipeline. Through your work, you will directly contribute to securing the digital assets of organizations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Utilize outbound strategies to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and stay ahead of emerging security challenges.
  • Outreach: Craft and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, social media, and cold calling to qualify leads and set up sales meetings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and messaging based on market feedback.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Education and Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, educating them on the importance of identity security and the unique value proposition of Axiom Security.


  • Experience: At least one year in a sales / business development / marketing role, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the identity security space.
  • Drive: A self-starter mentality with a drive to reach and exceed targets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup landscape.
