We’re looking for a native American English speaker to help lead product marketing and growth marketing efforts at Axiom. As a Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help us drive customer acquisition and revenue through our innovative solution and traditional product marketing.

  • Understand our customers' pain points and core motivations and how Axiom helps; use this knowledge to drive adoption of the product and educate the organization.
  • Work with the product team to identify key in-product intent signals and support those signals with guides, tooltips, emails, etc.
  • Participate in the go-to-market team managing the PLG and marketing funnels – tracking and optimizing MQL & PQL conversion rates to paid customers.
  • Communicate Axiom’s value proposition, features, and benefits to our core audience of prospects and customers through product and marketing campaigns.
  • Help plan and execute new product and feature launches, comprising announcements, collateral, campaigns, and internal training.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to help us stay ahead of the marketplace. Create competitive positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools such as battle cards and train the sales organization on our differentiators.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Identity & Access Management and leverage that knowledge in wide-ranging thought leadership and demand generation content, such as webinars, blog posts, and white papers.


  • 3-5 years experience in SaaS product marketing and/or growth marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders, technical teams, investors, prospects, and customers.
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze and improve the user/customer journey, both within the product and the marketing funnel.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and budget-conscious.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • IAM / Cloud Infrastructure / Security experience is a must.
